Artist statement:
Digital art has become a major influence in my life as it is compelling to me, and i want to become proficient at it. this is why for me to improve, more art produce by me in the digital medium is need for me to improve.

THe theme is "pool" and from this word, i immediately associate this word with water. i envision water, as being something that engulfs everything. the person is trapped deep in the blue, the eyes are closed creating the sense that things seems timeless.

i only decided to do this since i completely broke down after everyone left the room on friday. parts of my (crappy) assignment were missing - probably someone thought was trash they threw it away - and there was absolutely no time to even redraw. and now there is absolutely no meaning to it, and it just look like class sketches.

it was the need to redeem myself to at least to a replacement so i wouldn't have this feeling of sadness and regret. or something like that.
